He is a past president of the North American Case Research Association, a board member of the Case Research Association, and has served as the editor-in-chief of Emerald Publishing's Emerging Markets Case Studies collection.
Scott Andrews
Head of Worcester Business School
Scott is Head of Worcester Business School, a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and Chartered Manager. In 2022, he was awarded the Chartered Management Institute’s Champion of the Year Award. He is author of The Case Study Companion and Learning and Researching with Case Studies, both published by Routledge and has spoken about the case study method in more than 30 countries across the world over the past 25 years.

Assistant Professor of Entrepreneurship
Ahmed Maged Nofal is an Assistant Professor of Entrepreneurship at emlyon Business School. His research, intersecting entrepreneurship & labor economics, is published in the Journal of Business Venturing, Journal of Management, and PLoS One. Ahmed is featured in Forbes, UPI, and is named a top 50 Business School Professor worldwide by Poets & Quants. He holds a PhD from the University of Warwick.

Ayah Hani
Senior Supply Chain Manager
Ayah Hani is currently a Senior Supply Chain Manager in P&G where she manages different businesses across the MEA Region. She has graduated from AUC with a bachelors in Mechanical Engineering and a Business Minor. Throughout her university journey, she was highly involved in extracurriculars, winning the ENGCOMM competition in Canada, and co-founding ICC, the first international case competition in AUC.
Claire Barnardo
Case Writing Centre Manager
Claire Barnardo started and manages the GSB Case Writing Centre which boasts a collection of 80 published African-centric teaching cases that are relevant to doing business in emerging markets. Claire holds an MA in Media Theory & Practice from UCT and undergraduate degrees from Rhodes University. She is passionate about writing and championing African business cases.

With 20+ years in tech, he’s an accomplished entrepreneur and former consultant, holding an M.Sc. from EPFL. He’s also a 2024-25 MIT Foundry Fellow, advancing in tech innovation and entrepreneurship.
Imane El Ghazali

Imane EL Ghazali is a Professor of Economics at ESCA Ecole de Management and the Director of the Africa Case Lab. As an accomplished expert in case method teaching, she delivers seminars and workshops on both case writing and the art of teaching with cases.
Marianne Matthee

Marianne is a Professor of Economics at GIBS, focusing on international trade and gender dynamics. As former Director of Research, she collaborated with the GIBS Case Study Hub to launch the first GIBS/Ivey African Case Conference and, with co-authors, won the 2023 EFMD African Business Cases award for "Sasol: Tradeoff Considerations for a Just Transition".

Dr. Randa Salamoun is the Founding Director of The Case Hub at OSB, AUB. Dr. Salamoun garnered extensive experience in industry both in information system development and in general management consulting in several industries. Case writing and the support to student-centered learning, derive from the intersection of her experience in industry and more than 20 years of business education.
Sherine Helmy

Dr. Sherine Abbas Helmy has 43 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Throughout the years, he was appointed as Chairman of Pharco Corporation, Pharco Impex, Romania Bachelor of Science degree from the Faculty of Pharmacy, Alexandria University. He then obtained an MBA in 1999. In 2012, he received his DBA.
Shilpi Banerjee
Hult Impact Labs fellow
Shilpi Banerjee is a fellow at Hult Impact Labs, Hult International Business School, and Ex- Case Center Manager at Asia Case Research Center, The University of Hong Kong. Her research examines the changing roles and responsibilities of business in the global economy and organizational challenges that exists at the intersection of business and society, such as grand challenges, social inequalities, modern slavery, corporate social responsibility, business ethics and sustainability. Shilpi has been engaged in publishing cases since the last 15 years and considers it is a very powerful pedagogical tool. Shilpi is a Ph.D. in Business Management, from the University of London, UK.
Vicky Lester
CEO
Vicky joined The Case Centre in 1991 and has worked in many areas of the business, including sales, operations and systems. She was appointed Deputy Director in 2008 and worked alongside the previous Director on planning and implementing the organization’s business strategy. Vicky regularly represents The Case Centre as a speaker and moderator at conferences, webinars and events around the world. She also enjoys reviewing and judging cases for a variety of case writing competitions. Vicky is Editor-in-Chief of The Case Centre's journal, Case Focus: The Journal of Business & Management Teaching Cases, Middle East and Africa Edition.
